Middle East: The Bound Are Loosed

God is doing wonderful things throughout the Middle East, and although identification has been removed to protect the Believers, we would like to share with you some of the testimonies we have just received from a Brother in Egypt:

A woman brought her son for prayer. The young man had been bound by addiction to online games and lived in great despair. After prayer, the Lord delivered him and he repented and confessed his sins before the Lord.

Both he and his mother accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior and were baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. The visible transformation from before prayer, to when he stood in the waters of baptism – free, and full of joy – was beautiful to see.

Another man, who once served in the Orthodox church, later turned against Christianity and spent many years on social media attacking the Christian faith. He influenced many to convert to Islam. Recently, he repented and returned to the Lord. He has now been baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ! (Photos below)

The last baptism photo is of a lady from Sinai who has also received the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior. The Brothers will continue to guide each of these new Believers in the Word so they can grow spiritually.

We are rejoicing at what the Lord has done, and is still doing. By God’s grace, new opportunities have opened up, and the Brothers will be travelling to several North African countries to bring them the Message. Please continue to pray for these new Believers, and for those who are courageously carrying the Word into the various regions.
